What should you know about cure for pms?

Polymorphic light eruption is an itchy rash that appears after skin is exposed to sunlight, often after a period with little sun exposure. The rash may look like small bumps, patches, or blisters and can affect the chest, arms, or other exposed areas. It is not the same as a simple sunburn, and several other rashes can look similar.

The condition may settle when exposure stops, but it can recur with later sun exposure. A clinician may review timing, distribution, medicines, and the rash itself before confirming the diagnosis.

Use shade, protective clothing, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen as part of a consistent plan. Introduce outdoor exposure gradually only if a clinician advises it, and avoid scratching because broken skin can become irritated or infected. Cool compresses and gentle, fragrance-free skin care may make the rash more comfortable.
