What should you know about cause of dark orange urine?

Low fluid intake, sweating, vomiting, or diarrhoea can make urine more concentrated and deepen its colour. Heat exposure may contribute, especially with thirst, headache, weakness, dizziness, or heavy sweating. Some medicines and supplements change urine colour, while strongly coloured foods can do so briefly. Orange or tea-coloured urine with yellowing of the skin or eyes, pale stools, nausea, or discomfort under the right ribs needs medical assessment because liver or bile-flow problems can present this way. Dark urine is a symptom rather than a diagnosis.

Note when the colour began, how much you have been drinking, recent exercise or heat exposure, and any new medicine or supplement.
