What should you know about blood tinged mucus cough?

A forceful or frequent cough can break tiny surface vessels in the throat or airways. Acute Bronchitis and a Common Cold may produce inflamed air passages and mucus. Allergic Rhinitis can cause drainage and throat clearing, while Acid Reflux may irritate the throat.
