Contact the cancer team soon for a new painful or swollen leg, yellowing of the skin or eyes, a severe skin reaction, unexpected vaginal bleeding, a fall, or pain suggesting a broken bone. Also report side effects that disrupt sleep, mobility, eating, or regular tablet-taking so the team can intervene early.
