While taking Aldactone, seek prompt advice for faintness, persistent vomiting or diarrhoea, reduced urination, marked weakness, cramps or palpitations. Emergency help is needed for collapse, facial or throat swelling, severe breathing difficulty or chest pain. Contact the prescriber promptly if pregnancy is suspected.

Ask whether your hair pattern suggests a hormonal evaluation, what change would count as a useful response, how treatment can be coordinated with hair removal, and which adverse effects should trigger contact. Confirm the contraception plan and the schedule for clinical or laboratory monitoring.
