When Is RF Microneedling Recommended for Cellulite?

Cellulite reflects the way fat compartments, connective tissue, and skin surface interact. RF microneedling places fine needles into the skin and adds radiofrequency heat at selected depths. The intended effect is controlled tissue remodelling that may make uneven texture less noticeable.

It is a cosmetic treatment, not a way to treat a painful lump, swelling, infection, or sudden change in one leg. Results depend on the pattern and depth of dimpling, skin laxity, and the area being treated. A clinician should check that the concern is cellulite before planning treatment.

Have the area examined and describe when the dimpling appeared, whether it is tender, and whether there is swelling or a firm lump.
