When are dermal fillers recommended for frown lines?

Frown lines, also called glabellar lines or elevens, sit between the eyebrows and can become more visible with facial movement or when the skin loses support. A consultation examines the crease at rest and during expression, the surrounding brow area, skin quality, and your medical history. Fillers add volume beneath selected areas, so they may help when a depression remains visible. They may be unsuitable when the main issue is muscle activity, when the skin is inflamed, or when another approach would better match your features.
