When is chemotherapy recommended for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma?

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is a fast-growing lymphoma, so treatment is usually planned soon after the diagnosis is confirmed. The team reviews biopsy results, scans, blood tests, symptoms, areas involved and whether lymphoma is present outside the lymph nodes.
