Seek urgent medical help for trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting, or sudden weakness. Do not wait for a routine review if a dressing becomes soaked or you are worried about a new change.

Ask which parts of the jawline and neck the operation is intended to change, where the incisions will sit, what support is needed at home, when driving and exercise can resume, and how scar and nerve changes will be monitored. Ask what result is realistic if your main concern is jowling rather than loose neck skin.
