Tell your clinician about persistent heartburn, pain when swallowing, chest discomfort, severe bone or muscle pain, or symptoms of low calcium such as tingling and muscle spasms. Get urgent help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or fainting. Report new thigh or groin pain, and ask for assessment of jaw pain or delayed healing after dental treatment.
