Contact your clinician promptly if pain, swelling, bleeding, ulceration, or skin breakdown becomes difficult to manage, or if the treated area appears infected with spreading redness, warmth, pus, or fever. Seek urgent help for facial swelling, trouble breathing, widespread hives, or another sudden sign of a severe allergic reaction. Arrange review if a lesion grows, changes, or fails to improve on the agreed plan, because the original diagnosis may need reassessment.
