What does vomiting blood feel like with oesophageal cancer?

Bright red blood may suggest recent bleeding in the upper digestive tract. Dark brown or grainy vomit can mean blood has remained in the stomach long enough to change appearance. You may also notice dizziness, weakness, upper abdominal discomfort, difficulty swallowing, or black, sticky stools. The sensation and appearance cannot identify the cause by themselves.
