What does unexplained fever feel like with lymphoma?

Fever may come in episodes, with shivering followed by flushing or damp clothing from sweating. You may also notice reduced energy, poor appetite, aching, or waking at night feeling hot. Lymphoma can affect immune activity, while infection and treatment can also cause fever. The pattern and sensation are not enough to identify the cause, particularly when several symptoms overlap.

Check your temperature rather than judging by touch, and keep a brief record of readings, timing, chills, sweats, medicines, and new symptoms.
