What does morning sickness feel like with twin and multiple pregnancy?

Nausea may arrive after waking, between meals, or after particular smells. You may gag, vomit, feel full quickly, or find familiar foods suddenly unappealing. In a multiple pregnancy, pregnancy-related symptoms can feel more demanding, but every pregnancy is different and symptom intensity does not reliably show whether there is one baby or more. Contact your maternity team urgently if you cannot keep fluids down, urinate much less than usual, feel faint, have severe pain or fever, vomit blood, or become confused. Prompt review matters because dehydration can develop while pregnancy demands continue. Seek emergency help if you collapse or have trouble breathing.
