What Does Labral Repair Treat?

The labrum is a rim of firm tissue that deepens a joint socket. In the hip, a tear may be associated with groin pain, clicking, catching, or pain during rotation. In the shoulder, a tear may cause pain with reaching, throwing, or lifting and may contribute to a slipping or unstable feeling.
