What does jaundice feel like with gallbladder cancer?

Jaundice occurs when bilirubin builds up, often because bile cannot flow normally. You may first notice yellowing in the whites of the eyes, then a change in skin colour. Itching can be widespread and may interfere with sleep. Urine may become dark, stools may look pale, and tiredness, nausea, reduced appetite, or discomfort in the upper right abdomen can accompany the colour change.
