You might wake feeling unrefreshed, tire during simple activities, or need pauses between tasks. Fatigue may occur with nausea, poor appetite, muscle or joint aches, abdominal discomfort, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes. Hepatitis C can also cause no obvious symptoms, and fatigue has many possible explanations, including sleep problems, anaemia, medicines, or another illness. Testing is needed to identify the cause.
