What are the treatment options for nappy rash?

Nappy rash develops when moisture, stool, urine, friction, or irritants weaken the skin barrier. A bright red rash in the folds, small surrounding spots, crusting, or a rash that keeps returning may suggest a different cause, such as yeast or infection.
