Bring your diagnoses, imaging reports, medication list, allergies, previous procedures, and details of symptoms. Ask who prepares the cells, how sterility is checked, where the procedure takes place, and what follow-up is included. Do not stop prescribed treatment or delay assessment of a worsening problem because a stem-cell advertisement promises regeneration.

A careful plan defines what improvement would be measured, when it would be reviewed, and what happens if symptoms continue. Compare the proposal with established rehabilitation, medication, injections, or surgery when those options fit your diagnosis.

After an injection or procedure, seek urgent medical advice for fever, increasing redness or warmth, drainage, severe swelling, rapidly worsening pain, new weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control. Sudden breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or fainting needs emergency help. Contact the treating team promptly if symptoms are worsening rather than settling or if you cannot reach them for planned follow-up.
