What should you know about under eye filler treatment?

Request a clear plan for the product, injection points, follow-up and correction options. Keep the area clean, avoid rubbing it, and follow the clinic's specific aftercare instructions. Arrange review if swelling or unevenness is not settling as expected.

Report increasing pain, redness, heat, discharge or swelling to the clinic. Treat sudden blurred or reduced vision, severe eye pain, pale or dusky skin, weakness or speech trouble as an emergency after injection.

Ask what is causing the shadow, whether filler could worsen puffiness, which material will be used, how conservative the first treatment will be, and who to contact outside clinic hours.
