Sore throat with a runny nose and sneezing

Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty, blue or grey lips, confusion, inability to swallow fluids, or swelling of the mouth or throat. Arrange medical advice for chest pain, severe weakness, dehydration, a persistent high temperature, or symptoms that worsen after initial improvement. Review is also sensible when nasal and throat symptoms repeatedly follow the same exposure, because allergy or reflux may need a different approach.
