Side effects of missed miscarriage

In a missed miscarriage, pregnancy development has stopped but the womb has not yet passed the pregnancy tissue. Some people have no bleeding or pain; others later develop cramps, spotting, or heavier bleeding. Pregnancy symptoms may fade, but symptoms alone cannot confirm what has happened.
