Contact a healthcare professional outside the employment process for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, fainting, rapidly worsening symptoms, or an untreated condition. Do not delay urgent treatment while waiting for an employment appointment. If screening identifies a concern, ask what it means, whether repeat testing is needed, and which clinician should provide follow-up.
