How can pompholyx eczema be treated at home?

Pompholyx, also called Dyshidrotic Eczema, often appears as clusters of tiny, deep blisters on the hands or feet. Itch may be strong before the skin dries, peels, and cracks. Heat, sweat, frequent hand washing, cleaning products, and friction can aggravate symptoms.

Not every blistering rash is eczema. A clinician may need to distinguish it from contact allergy, fungal disease, or infection, especially when the eruption is one-sided, unusually painful, or not improving.
