What should you know about plasma pen nose contouring?

A plasma device creates a small, controlled thermal effect at the skin surface. As the treated spots heal, crusting, swelling, and temporary tightening can alter the appearance of the overlying skin. This is different from changing the nasal framework: the device cannot remove a hump, narrow bone, move cartilage, or correct an internal breathing problem.

The nose has thin, visible skin and important nearby structures. Results depend on skin thickness, healing, treatment depth, and the reason for seeking contouring. A surface effect may be modest when the concern comes from bone or cartilage rather than loose skin.
