What should you know about neuroblastoma of abdomen?

Neuroblastoma may develop in nerve tissue beside the spine or near an adrenal gland, which sits above a kidney. An abdominal tumour can press on nearby organs, blood vessels or nerves, causing a firm belly swelling, discomfort, reduced appetite, constipation, or changes in urination.
