Why are my feet itchy underneath?

Scaling that begins between toes and extends across the sole can occur with Athlete's Foot. Small deep-seated blisters or peeling on the sole may fit Dyshidrotic Eczema, while redness in the shape of a shoe or after a product change may suggest Contact Dermatitis. Dry skin and repeated rubbing can itch without a visible rash. The location helps, but it cannot confirm a diagnosis by itself.

Rinse gently, pat dry, moisturise dry areas, and avoid applying heavy cream between the toes. Wear clean breathable socks and shoes that do not rub. Do not scratch or share towels.
