Missed blood pressure medication: what should you know?

Different blood pressure medicines stay in the body for different lengths of time and have different advice for a forgotten dose. Taking extra tablets can cause dizziness, fainting or blood pressure that falls too low, while repeatedly missing doses may leave blood pressure less controlled without obvious symptoms.
