What should you know about mental crease chin filler?

The crease above the chin can reflect facial structure, skin laxity, repeated muscle contraction, changes in soft-tissue volume, or the way the lower lip and chin meet. A crease may be visible at rest, during speech, or when the chin muscle tightens. Treatment needs to match that pattern rather than simply filling the deepest-looking line.
