What should you know about men's tear trough filler?

The tear trough is the groove between the lower eyelid and upper cheek. Contact the injector promptly for increasing pain, marked swelling, skin blanching or unusual colour change, worsening asymmetry, or vision symptoms. Sudden visual disturbance, severe eye pain, weakness, confusion, or difficulty speaking requires emergency care. Do not wait for a routine review when symptoms are sudden or severe.

Ask what is causing the shadow, whether filler is suitable with any eye bags or swelling, which product and plane will be used, how complications are handled, and what recovery changes should trigger an urgent call.
