Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid Arthritis often presents with swelling and stiffness in matching joints on both sides, commonly involving the hands, wrists, and feet. Lupus may cause joint pain and stiffness with less predictable patterns and may also involve fatigue, rashes, mouth ulcers, sunlight sensitivity, fever, or other organs.
