What should you know about lupus and overactive bladder?

Overactive bladder describes a sudden urge to urinate, frequent daytime visits, waking at night to urinate, or leakage before reaching a toilet. Lupus may involve the kidneys or nervous system, and those problems can change urination without being overactive bladder itself.
