The chin can look uneven while injection-related swelling settles. A firm ridge or nodule may also reflect product sitting near the surface, an uneven contour, or a local inflammatory response. Send the treating clinic a clear description and arrange review if the contour does not settle or is worrying you. Do not puncture, squeeze, heat, or vigorously massage the chin unless the clinician specifically advises it. Avoid adding more filler until the existing lump has been examined.
