Lower back ache during ovulation: what to know

Ovulation can bring one-sided pelvic discomfort that spreads into the lower back. Hormonal changes, pelvic muscle tension, bowel symptoms, or an ovarian problem can feel similar. Notice whether the ache follows a familiar mid-cycle pattern, how long it lasts, and whether it comes with bleeding, discharge, fever, nausea, or pain during sex.
