Lipo 360 may include the abdomen, waist, flanks, and back, depending on the surgical plan. The fat removed from suitable areas is cleaned and transferred through small openings into carefully marked hip zones. The goal is proportion, not simply adding volume: the surgeon considers your pelvic shape, existing curves, skin elasticity, and the amount of usable fat. Swelling can make the hips look fuller at first, while some transferred fat may be reabsorbed during healing.
