What should you know about left eye red no pain?

A clearly outlined red patch may be a small surface vessel that has leaked. Diffuse redness can follow dryness, rubbing, smoke, dust, or prolonged screen use. Allergic conjunctivitis may cause watering and itch, while conjunctivitis may produce discharge or crusting.
