Laryngitis and congestion

Drink regularly, rest your voice, and use saline nasal spray or a saline rinse according to its instructions. If you rinse, use sterile, distilled, or previously boiled and cooled water. Keep away from cigarette smoke and avoid forceful throat clearing.
