Are weight loss injections safe in people with diabetes?

A clinician may need to adjust diabetes treatment as eating patterns and glucose readings change. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, or reduced appetite can occur. These effects can make dehydration or glucose imbalance more likely, especially during illness.
