IPL for Keratosis Pilaris: What to Know

Keratosis pilaris develops when keratin blocks hair follicles, creating rough, small bumps often on the upper arms, thighs, cheeks, or buttocks. IPL uses a broad range of light and may act on redness, but it does not remove the follicle blockage that creates the texture.
