Indigestion with left arm pain: what should you know?

Indigestion with left arm pain should be treated as a possible emergency until a heart problem has been excluded. Heart-related discomfort can feel like pressure, burning, fullness, or indigestion and may spread into an arm, shoulder, back, neck, or jaw.
