I keep sneezing and my throat is itchy

Itching of the throat, nose, or eyes and watery discharge support an allergic pattern. A common cold may begin with sneezing and throat discomfort, then add congestion, cough, tiredness, or fever. The timing matters: symptoms that recur in a particular room, after cleaning, or around an animal suggest an exposure-related trigger, but do not identify one by themselves.
