I get a rash when I sweat

Short answer
A sweat-triggered rash may be heat rash, hives, friction irritation, or a flare of dermatitis, so its pattern matters.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

What the pattern can suggest
Tiny prickly bumps in hot, covered areas can fit Heat Rash. A rash in skin folds where moisture and rubbing meet may be Intertrigo. Itchy raised patches that appear quickly and fade may be hives. Sweat can also aggravate Atopic Dermatitis, Contact Dermatitis, or Psoriasis. Ringworm and Scabies can itch independently of sweating, although heat may make the sensation more noticeable. A drug reaction is another possibility when a new medicine preceded the eruption. The shape, timing, location, and duration are more useful than the trigger alone.
What to do now
Cool the skin, change out of damp clothing, shower gently, and pat dry rather than rubbing. Choose loose breathable clothing and avoid fragranced products on the affected area. Keep folds dry and do not share towels if a fungal or contagious rash is possible. Photograph the rash during an episode and record exercise, heat, products, foods, and medicines that came before it.
When to seek care
Get emergency help for breathing trouble, throat or facial swelling, faintness, or widespread rapidly developing hives. Seek prompt review for fever, skin pain, blisters, pus, purple spots, rapid spread, or involvement of the eyes or mouth. A recurring rash, a rash lasting after cooling, or one that interferes with sleep deserves assessment.
Questions for your doctor
Does the rash look like heat rash, hives, fold irritation, infection, or a dermatitis flare? Could a medicine or product be contributing? What can I apply safely during the next episode?
