Wear the brace for the schedule prescribed and keep the skin clean and dry. Check for rubbing, pressure marks, numbness, or increasing pain rather than silently tolerating a poor fit. Keep planned reviews because small adjustments can improve comfort and positioning as the body changes. Physiotherapy may be recommended to support posture, breathing, trunk strength, and movement outside brace time.
