Keep your haematology appointments and complete requested tests. Between visits, note symptoms with their timing and whether they are improving or worsening. Report persistent fever, drenching night sweats, unexplained weight change, unusual tiredness, repeated infections, or a growing lump. Take medicines as prescribed and bring questions about exercise, work, vaccinations, or lingering treatment effects to the appropriate clinician.
