How long does dupilumab treatment take to work for prurigo nodularis?

Prurigo nodularis causes intensely itchy, firm bumps that can become thickened or scabbed through repeated scratching. Itch may lessen before every nodule becomes flatter. Older lesions can remain discoloured or thick for a while after the itch cycle begins to break.
