Tell the vaccination team immediately if the teenager feels faint or unwell after the injection. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty, swelling of the face or throat, widespread hives, or collapse, which may signal a severe allergic reaction. Contact a clinician if fever is persistent, symptoms are worsening, or the injection site becomes increasingly painful, hot, or swollen.
