Tell the treatment team quickly if mouth pain prevents drinking, swallowing becomes unsafe, you develop fever, or you have signs of dehydration such as very dark urine or dizziness. Report bleeding, rapidly increasing swelling, breathing difficulty, or a new inability to handle saliva urgently. Severe breathing trouble requires emergency help.
