How effective are dermal fillers for marionette lines?

Marionette lines extend from the corners of the mouth toward the chin. They can become more noticeable as cheek or lower-face support changes, the skin loses elasticity, or the mouth muscles pull downward. Filler may soften a hollow or improve a transition, but placing product directly into every line is not always the safest or most natural plan.
