How common are wrinkles in marionette lines?

Marionette lines follow the lower face as skin folds around areas that move during speaking, smiling and eating. Changes in skin elasticity, facial structure and soft-tissue support can make the fold more visible. A crease may be present on one side more than the other, and its visibility can change with facial movement or lighting. The appearance alone does not establish an underlying illness.
