How common are swollen lymph nodes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma?

Lymph nodes are small parts of the immune system found in areas such as the neck, underarms, chest, abdomen, and groin. In this lymphoma, abnormal B cells can collect in a node and make it enlarge.

For a lump without these urgent symptoms, make an appointment rather than trying to diagnose it by touch. A persistent or growing node deserves a professional review, especially when it occurs with ongoing fever, night sweats, or unexplained weight loss.
